Edward's Large Sofa

A fine hand carved mahogany sofa, the arched back and arms with an ebony and brass inlaid border to the inside and outside, the tall arms with reeded and gilt capital mahogany column supports enclosing a tight back and triple cushion seat with four throw pillows, two bolsters and a kidney pillow; on a flame mahogany panelled seatrail with ebony stringing and brass bead moulding, centred by a yew burl panel; on turned and fluted legs with brass cappings.
